Online Confessions

A new website launched last Friday giving users the opportunity to confess their secrets and be ranked on whether they should be forgiven or not. I4giveU is filled mostly with teenage confessions; while NotProud, online for several years, merely categorizes confessions into one of the seven deadly sins. On both sites I wonder how many are actual confessions versus fabricated ones.

Both sites provide a few hours of entertainment, but afterwards, I wonder, are these the same people I interact with on a daily basis? Everyone has their own personal demons, and it's healthy to express them in non-violent ways, but I really like to think about the more positive virtues of my fellow human beings.
