I love humor. I love travel. I love the unscripted joy that a mix of cultures, races and languages can create in a moment of spontaneous magic. This video, however, seems to go beyond the scope of traveler etiquette.
Humor and cheaply veiled reality TV street theater aside, this video is a great example of a culture clash that not only spawned centuries of disastrous colonialism, but is also one of the reasons why white Westerners are still viewed as slum lords of the poor.
To me, the antics just shout one thing, "Let's have a good laugh at your impoverished reality."
Maybe I'm being too analytical, but that is the feeling that struck me on first viewing.

well, i know that is not the point (to have fun at someone's expense). if you go to the site, you can read how they are raising and giving money to various people/organizations. Yes, they have dares and are having fun, but the intention is not to make fun of the people. It's to learn and share.
